By using the CandleLab mobile application (“the App”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the Application
CandleLab is a tool designed to assist in the calculation of materials and costs for artisan candle making.
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal or legitimate commercial purposes.
- Restrictions: You must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.
2. Subscriptions and Payments (Pro)
The App offers a “Pro” version through an annual subscription.
- Billing: Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. You agree to pay the price indicated at the time of purchase.
- Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your Google Play account settings before the renewal date.
- Refunds: Refund policies are managed exclusively by the Google Play Store.
3. Limitation of Liability
- Calculation Accuracy: Although we strive to provide accurate formulas, CandleLab is not responsible for calculation errors, failures in candle production, loss of materials, or damages arising from the use of information provided by the App. Always perform physical safety tests (burn tests) before marketing any product.
- Data Loss: Data is stored locally. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or system errors. Pro users are recommended to make regular CSV exports.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and design of CandleLab are the property of J&G Studio.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these terms.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
